Group Classes

Join our diverse Boxing Group Classes in Hyde Park, designed for every age and fitness level. From Box Simple, a low-impact class for seniors and beginners, to Box Shape, our high-intensity fitness and partner-drill workout, we make boxing accessible to everyone.
