Women’s group

Women’s Group is a welcoming class for women looking to grow in boxing, boost confidence through self-defense, and support their mental and emotional wellness.

Box Crew

Box Crew is a high-intensity group dedicated to fighters who want to compete. Training includes advanced conditioning, technical development, controlled light sparring, and learning sessions with various pro fighters and coaches who visit the gym.

Boxshape

Box Shape is designed for those who want to improve their fitness while developing solid boxing skills. The class introduces new movements step-by-step, combining high-activity training with partner work for a full-body challenge.

Box Shape helps you get in shape fast with progressive boxing movements, high-intensity training, and partner drills

Box youth

Box Youth (ages 14+) provides a positive after-school outlet where teens develop discipline, confidence, and healthy habits. Students learn real boxing skills, get in shape, and have the option to train for competition.

Box Youth is a structured program for ages 14 and older, offering an active after-school environment where teens gain discipline, boxing technique, and overall fitness. Participants may also pursue competitive opportunities if they’re interested
